On 11/16/23 at approximately 7:00pm my family ordered for dine-in at Popeye's store number 14375 Hanover, PA. Our order came out in small increments. Once it appeared that they had finished giving us our order, we realized multiple items were missing. The mannerisms of the assistant manager were less than accommodating and were more accusatory in nature. Four items total were missing. Once my son in law asked for the last item, the assistant manager shouted "NO" for the entire restaurant to hear. As I turned to look at him, he had his arms on the counter leaning forward glaring at our table. At this moment, I advised him sternly that our receipts were on the table and he was welcome to come review them. He did not come review them, he just continued to stare. We were extremely uncomfortable by his actions. He left the restaurant just a few minutes later. I consider his actions threatening in nature. Popeye's is a well known name. I do not believe someone with this temperament should have a position working with the public.
Claimed loss: I cannot put an amount on the discomfort that this man caused our family.Order 28 and Order 29 is what we attempted to have that evening.
Desired outcome: Refund of $ 68.00 and a behavior review of that specific assistant manager
