I shop at your stores weekly. Three Saturdays before Christmas (aprox) I was shopping at the Mustang store, I had clothes and stuff in my basket, I glanced up and the kids were playing a x box game in the furniture dept about 6 ft from me. I went over to them and watched it awhile, the boys wanted it, There were no other customers around at the time, workers were passing by, I said yes to the boys, because it looked in good shape had a case for games etc. Im 54 years old, I have rhem arthritis and other auto immune diseases. I bent over, unplugged the game then I stood there and put the games that were out inside the box and packed it up well. It was in my basket at least ten to fifteen minutes, we picked up more clothes and were heading to the boys clothes, this man walked right up to my basket and jerked the game out and swung it over his head Turned his back to me and gave it to a man at the register. I followed him, and spoke to a lady that is in there most of the time. I told her no on else was around and it took me a good 6 minutes to put it up.. She asked the man if the customer had walked away from it, he said doesn't matter he said he wanted it first. I was mad. First off no one comes and takes items out of your shopping cart, if they do its called stealing! I was told later I should have called police but I was so shocked I didn't think. I want an oral apology to my grandkids and myself, also can he be transferred to another store, If this happened to me, Im sure he has treated other custmers in a similar way. I will be waiting for a response. Thanks Debbie Zorn

you should probably go on google and look up the store in which you can contact a major or commander or something and contact them, I'm not sure if you'll get a response from here
