Hello, My wife and I stopped by your establishment in Duncan OK on Hwy 81. Tonight was the third time we tried to get some fresh food from the Highway 81 location. Yet again we were disappointed to get dried up figs for chicken. Like it was made during lunch or the night before and served off anyway. We stopped by about 4:30PM and ordered a number 6 from the menu board. We were told to pull to the front of the store and we did. Expecting to get fresh cooked chicken, we were brought hard as a rock dried up chicken I wouldn't feed my dog. This store is getting worse with this lately. I am not looking for free food. Just want this issue fixed and no more dried figs. Each time we stopped at this location lately, the food was dry and hard as a rock. I know KFC can do better than this.
Desired outcome: Please get this issue corrected. I am certain we aren't the only ones getting OLD FOOD!
