Outback Steakhouse

My family went to Outback Steakhouse in Westlake #3635 Ohio on March 13, 2021. We set reservations for 5pm. We were seated as soon as we got in. Waitress, Samantha G. was wonderful. We were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. Party of 11.
Our food, which we didn't get until 7pm (and we ordered at 545pm) was cold. The porterhouse steaks were not The porterhouse! We spent almost $475 on the bill. This is unacceptable, for our 1st time experience. Our receipt # 97 - 0317 Table 26. We need reimbursement of something. There were 5 checks.
