On Thursday (7/22/2021) a TruGreen rep came out to spray the lawn. I observed him going over to the neighbor's yard and start the treatment. At this point, I started recording on my phone. I then went outside and interrupted him and asked if he was going to spray my yard as well. He asked what my address was, I told him, and he was visibly upset. He asked me to verify my address, I did, and I asked him how many times he had sprayed the other yard and not mine. He replied, "Uhh, a lot. Every time." At that point I called customer service. The rep asked me to ask the one outside what his name was while he was on the phone. I did, and he said that he was the one who had been dispatched to my residence every time. He said he completely understood my issue and agreed that I needed to be refunded for the service I had already paid for this season. At the end of the conversation, I asked for a verification email, in which he sent this:
FLTK TTR 5685/115374/9964 cust called to say that he talked specialist Blake c was treating wrong yard, admitted last 2 services before today he was treating neighbor's yard instead of cust. Cust has him on camera admitting this Blake is doing correct lawn today but refund is required for 1st & and services this year 1st service is $64.17 and second service is $128.34 total refund is $192.51

It is now 8/11/21 and I have yet to receive a refund. I have tried to contact via the chat system and email with no luck. Due to my job, I do not have the time to keep trying to contact them over and over to ask them to do what they said they would do.
Desired outcome: The refund that I was promised or credit my account for that amount, or spray my yard 2 times for free to make up for it
