TruGreen review: Charged for services not completed, does not follow tg protocalls

I called TruGreen to begin services on my yard in the Spring of 2025. I asked for basic lawn treatment to remove weeds that had taken over the yard. The person I spoke to when signing up for the service DID NOT tell me that they would only spray where grass was present. It wasn't until after 3 treatments that I called and said they didn't get the weeds in the cracks of the patio, the weeds growing under the pine trees (there is rarely decent grass coverage under pines), THEN they tell me they only spray where there is grass. The patio and pine tree areas were the reason I signed up for the service.

I was also charged for services that I did not ask for and when I called they said, "it's the services we recommend for your type of yard and weeds that you have". So, they performed services I didn't request and charged me for them.

The absolute worst situation and the straw that broke the camel's back was last week when I got a notification that my yard service had been completed. I work from home and I have security cameras covering the entire property and NO ONE had showed up that day. This is when I canceled my services. Even though I canceled though, someone STILL showed up today to do the yard the person last week "missed". I told the tech to leave my property and called TruGreen back AGAIN to make sure the services were completely canceled and told them to never send someone to my property again.

Imagine if they lie about doing services at a property that has cameras to prove they didn't how much they do this crap to people who do not have security cameras. Do not trust this company!
