I love the product but until they get quality responsible Service Techs I would not be using their services. I asked to be notified via text 24hrs before service, they never call. They report that they knock on the door (I have a dog) to let me know they are there. Never happened as I work from home. Today, my dog was barking, I go downstairs from my office only to find the Tech getting in her car and driving away. Never knocked, did not spray my backyard. Wonder if she ever sprayed the front yard. I AM VERY UPSET! I called the company again and they will send someone back out in 3-5 days!

Recommendation: Until they get quality responsible Service Techs, I do not recommend TruGreen.
