12/31/2022 9:10am. I place an order on the app. Pulled up to the window and was greeted with, "Take a look at the menu, I will be with you when I can." Almost 10 minutes later, I am asked what I want. I stated that I had an online order for Jennifer. I hear an audible huff, then he said that's a really big order and it's going to take some time. I was then ordered to pull to the second window. I ordered 8 sausage crunch wraps. He came to the window and ordered me to pull up. I told him after he stated again that this is a really big order that he does not have to be so rude. He apologized, and I pulled up. I have that interaction on video. He was even rude then. When he brought my food out, I got every sob story on why he was rude. I do not need to hear that. Just take one customer at a time. Give them the best service you can. I am willing to wait for the food. Its good, that's why I keep coming back. But the service I received today will make me rethink on where I want to order my breakfast next time. I do not have an order number and was never emailed a receipt. I have attached what was in the app.
Desired outcome: Customer service training. How to treat the customer.
