I have purchased almost $8000 of product bin July and have not received one piece. I was told it was on schedule for delivery two weeks prior to Thanksgiving. No one communicates with us we have to call. No one calls us back in a timely manner. The manager has not called us at all after numerous request. No one will give us a corporate contact, why? I have to wait for a district manager to call me, I'm not entitled to his number, why? Jessica at the store acted like I was no big deal and if I wanted to cancel my order they would be more than happy. I ask you, his that good customer relations? Nothing about you are important to us just let us cancel that for you. You have my money paying your bills and I have no furniture and no customer service representative who cares about having a working relationship, how is this right?
I want a corporate contact to see me through this horrible experience.
