We are displaced tornado victims from Dayton OH. They messed up our reservations overbooked and put us out again so we were displaced yet again after we stayed. Then to add insult to injury I checked in but went to work came back to a dirty used room.
There is no "corporate" they are independent so there is no place to go for complaints. So if you complain to front desk you are complaining to "corporate " and Jinnie just wants her money . So try to get service or a refund or anything and it won't happen she just makes excuses.
I could go on about her but her customer service skills need a little brushing up.
Hope her or her family is never displaced by a disaster and treated as we were.
