CVS - Volunteers with petitions to have her removed from our neighbor store, maybe an old fashioned sit in?

Saturday, October 1,2022 approximately 8:15/8:30 PM. I stopped at CVS after dinner on the square, and all the public benches were crowded with people huddled together speaking in low voices, but obviously upset and they appeared confused and I heard more than one person say something to the effect that Cindy should not have said that, & she was not speaking for CVS {white is all right, in the drive through? } Cindy has things she could be doing on Saturday night other than white women and their coupons, and I overheard at least 3 other Cindy “incidents’, with the same ending Cindy making it clear to the women using CVS “coupons/ cash that they are not welcome after reiterating the fact that “this is my store and don’t come back “, then I entered the store and the Cindy story was appalling, and I ashamed of her, and I had to leave. She does not represent our community or CVS and she should never be allowed to work with the public in any position.

Desired outcome: Neighbors in our community use Facebook , Twitter, Ticktock record her every second she is polluting our community!!

CVS - Pharmacy

I'm a nurse at a pediatric psychiatry office. I was calling because an incorrect prescription was filled for a patient. I spoke with a Pharmacist 3/5/21 to ensure prescription for increased dose was received and being filled. I was assured it was. Our case manager picked up prescription and it was dose that should have been discontinued. I contacted the pharmacy and was told there was no increased dose prescription on file for this patient. After going back and forth for a few minutes the pharmacist says there is a second profile that has the new dose prescription. But it isn't ready medication has to be ordered. I spoke with the pharmacist 3/5/21 who states they were filling prescription. this is unacceptable. My patient is due for this injection today and has to wait because there was no follow through by the pharmacy staff. This happens way to often for me to feel comfortable using this pharmacy.
