I purchased a carryout order for $14.87 and paid with my debit card. When the transaction came through it was for $16.87 I did not authorize them to add a tip to my card. This post is a reminder for everyone to make sure they write o in the tip amount and rewrite the total at the bottom of the slip. Someone can just add a tip to it like they most likely did in my case. You learn by your mistakes even though this kind of thing should not even happen. You know what management said they would do for me? $2 off my next order! Whoopie!

PIZZA HUT IN DUNCANVILLE KEEP TAKING MY MONEY AND SENDING ME UN COOKED PIZZA. I PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD AND SPOKEN TO MANAGER JAMES KYLE WHOM LATER CLAIM THAT HE CAN NOT GUARANTEE COOKED PIZZA. LOOK IF I WANTED UNCOOKED PIZZA FOR MY MONEY I LL GO TO A GROCERY STORE. WHEN I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK THE MANAGER TOLD ME I HAD TO DRIVE TO HIM TO GET IT. ALSO IF I WANTED ANOTHER PIZZA ORDERED IT WILL BE AN HOUR FOR DELIVERY. A FORMAL COMPLAINT WERE ISSUED TO PIZZA HUT
