I had a catering order schedule for pickup today 12/20 between 10:30-10:45. My daughter arrived at 10:30 to find the restaurant closed and the door locked. She could see the employees moving around inside and knocked on the door. No one answered or acknowledged her. She returned to her car to wait for 15 minutes and again approached the restaurant at 10:45 to the same problem. The employees saw her but didn't acknowledge her or come to the door. She returned to her car again until the store opened at 11:00. When I called the restaurant, I spoke to a Katie who claimed she was sitting in the dining room on her laptop and didn't see or hear anyone. My complaint is that if Moe's knows they have a catering pickup for a specific time, they should be expecting someone before the restaurant opens and keep an eye out. The food was for a classroom party that started at 11:00 and my daughter arrived with the food around 11:30. That leaves 10 minutes for the party to eat the food before the class is over. I am VERY disappointed in the customer service at this Moe's.
