Tim Hortons

Went to tim hortons-8500 nf blvd-niagara falls, n.Y.14304 — 8th/9t/ didnt save the slip — will keep them all from now on. Went to this place order their chicken salad sandwich with the chips. Got my coffee already and paid for the order.. The young man (was very nervous) enede up making me a tuna salad sandwich. Not to get him in trouble (my first mistake) I accepted the tuna instead of the chicken salad. The lad couldn open the larger bag of chips to put my portion into the smaller bag. Finally after 5 minutes I told him forget it-i`ll get a donut (not what I wanted but he was taking so long just to open a chip bag) never realized the chicken salad cost more. Live and learn. I sent tim hortons a message about the terrible service along with not getting what I ordered. Received a message from a betty-tim horton cust service — that she willresolve this complaint. Nothing — got a message from tim hortons asking how kim did. Kim?- a kim that I don`t know who she is etc. All I want now is for tim hortons to at least give me the chicken salad and chips that I paid for. I tried to help the shakey young man and I got no thing of what I ordered. And no no response form tim hortons manager. That is the part that is aggrivating.Communicating my problem getting a response from the guest services with no follop as promised. The mgr etc at tim hortons nedver contacted me at all poor customer relations. Especiallt yo a customer that tried to help their worker. I learned a lesson dont try to help-just send an order back and let them trash it.

On February 7, 2020 I ordered the french toast breakfast sandwich and when I arrived home to look at my food both sandwiches were completely burned. I wasn't able to return to take my food back but who serves burned sandwiches. If I wasn't going to be late for work I would have turned around I am very disappointed because I'm sure they knew it was burned. As you can see this is what I received and I'm not happy
