10/29/15, acct. # [protected] received a turn-off notice, with a payment plan, second mention the first was a post card, and a security deposits due immediately. Spoke to Mr. Sabor informed that the practice is shifty, intimidating and condescending . I felt very uncomfortable. This is not the first time this agency has done this. If I'm unable to pay my bill on time how am I expected to pay a deposit. Over the phone I paid my balance due for services of $210.95 and a $3.35 processing fee. Mr. Sabor took off the deposit fee and stated it was the last time the agency would wave the fee. This is extortion and all of the above mentioned. Note I have had this service at my current location for over 9 years. I am hostage to this horrible practice. There is a monopoly and no one to complain to. This harassment must stop.
