Two current problems with my Citibank account.
1. The email that has been on my account for years now says that it is invalid. Contacted customer service twice, they said that have notified the proper department. Still has not been fixed. Not receiving alerts, but am receiving marketing email from you.
2. My mobile phone number (the primary one) customer service says can not be used to send text messages for 'account validation'. This is the step after you login where they send you a text with a code that you have to enter to complete the login. I can receive text on that number. I currently receive text alerts from you at that number.
Desired outcome: Change the status of my email to be valid so I can receive alerts and information for my account via email. Change the status of my primary mobile phone number so it can be used to send me a text message for the 'account validation' process
