I originally placed my order after suffering an apartment flood. It's been over 20 scheduled deliveries that never came. My Hudson bed arrived 5 months later and those that put it together cracked it. They didn't take it back and made me wait for another month for a rail, the rail was not correct to fix the issue. I waited another month, slept on the floor, made over 100 calls, waited an upwards of 2hrs each time. Took over 20 days vacation, during a pandemic as a healthcare worker waiting for furniture and each time a different answer. I was charged on a Wells Fargo card for furniture I did not have received, and it affected my credit.
Desired outcome: COMPENSATION FOR ALL MY FURNITURE. I'VE STUFFERED 2 HERNIATED DISK AS A RESULT OF SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR FOR MONTHS. THIS HAS AFFECTED MY CREDIT DUE TO TAKING A WELLSFARGO THEY RECOMMENDED.
Bob's Discount Furniture - Credit check
I was perusing the Bob's store. The salesman asked me a few questions and then asked me for I.D. to look into financing. I asked if it was a hard or soft inquiry and he said it would be soft. I was denied and an hour later I saw the inquiry on my credit report. It knocked my credit score from 715 to 685. Had I been aware of this, I never would've agreed to this. This is a poor practice of buisness and I am livid that I now have this hard negative inquiry on my credit report. I'd like to speak to someone in charge of this error.
