We brought our kia sedona in for recalls,... We allowed them to keep our vehicle while work was being done. They caled my wife and told her there was a leaking oil pressure sending unit that needed replacing... They told my wife the cost of the unit was $3.94. She said ok. I was home at the tome but sick with the flu so I was unable to assist her.
We picked up the car after being called the following day, and to our great shock we were billed $427.47 for the $3.94 part. Quite an expensive recall appointment.. No wonder people are reluctant to bring their cars in for recalls. My wife called, the dealership, but was brushed off by pamela, the service advisor, she asked to talk with service manager, but was told he was busy.
