Popeyes - The amount of food

I ordered surf and turf and when I got home I got less than a quarter of the box of shrimp. I have attached a picture of the meal I got. Popeyes is one of my favorite restaurants. I am very disappointed in the service I got. When I ordered surf and turf I was expecting way more shrimp than what I received. This meal was definitely not worth $6.50. If the popeyes ran out of shrimp they should have said so. I will not be returning.
