Extended Stay America

I am unsure of the date and time of the incident.. I had stayed at extended-stay for extended period of time in both Orlando and Miami.

After moving back from New York, I was seeking to find asylum again and my favorite hotel, extended stay of America. I was informed that I was placed on the do not write list and would not be informed as to why. What can I do to amend this issue?

It began on 08/31/2020. Room 242. As soon as I checked in the microwave was broken, then there was a roach infestation, then there was a broken remote control to the tv, then as if that was not enough no hot water to bath. I complained with each problem. They did bring a different microwave to take up what was already limited counter space. I did get a different remote control but roach infestation and no hot water.! I asked to be moved to another room but according to them no rooms available. However they did take almost $600 from me for a weeks stay. I called several times and no one helped me.
