The central air conditioning stopped working in the middle of summer in Las Vegas. These day, the highs are 115 degrees F and the lows are 90 degrees F. First call to AHS: robot took my service request and assigned my job to a vendor. I called the assigned vendor, waited on hold for 20 minutes, learned AHS had no submitted the work order, and that their first appointment is 7 days away. Second call to AHS: after 20 minutes on hold, I talk to a representative who attempts to expedite my service and says if someone doesn't reach out in 30 minutes to check back. No call from any vendor. Third call to AHS: Another 20 minutes on hold and a representative answers but the reception is poor and the call is disconnected. Fourth call to AHS: Another 20 minutes on hold and a representative attempts again to expedite my service request and says to wait four hours before checking back in. No contact from any vendor. Fifth call to AHS: the wait time is 1 hour and the representative says there is, yet again, no available contractor at the moment and I need to wait [another] four hours before I can call back. THEN, if there is still no available contractor, I can hire someone on my own, but with instructions and stipulations and limitations. I have yet to wait my 4 hours, at which time it will be 1am my time.
Desired outcome: I would like emergent service on my air conditioner
