Store #7362
325 Terrill Road, Plainfield, NJ 07062.
I order 2 apple pies, the price posted was $2.99 for 2 pies. The Manager said the computer rang it up for $3.78 and I told him I was only willing to pay the price posted. He refused and I had to argue with him that the price posted was what I was going to pay. He was rude and this was not the first time. I had the same issue last month in the same store. If you change a price in the computer you should also change the price board and if he can't deal with a customer he shouldn't be managing. I am very disappointed and will not be going to any of your franchises unless this issue is correct. I can be reached @ [protected]. This email is on behalf of my wife. I look forward to hearing from you.
Popeyes - Customer service
On Sunday March 20, 2022 around 4:30 pm we received extremely poor customer service at the drie-thru window by the restaurant manager! He came outside and put an out of service note on the order window and never said anything to the customers waiting in line. We waited for about 15 minutes and no one said anything to us on the intercom, so we drove to the window. The manager told us we should have waited a little longer and no orders will be taken at the window and then he closed the window and left. My husband went inside and placed the order and spoke to the manager about his rudeness. Every since the staffing changed at this location 325 Terrill Rd, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076, the customer service has plummeted. The manager is very disrespectful and rude when taking customers orders at the window. We are loyal Customers who are paying for a service and there is no excuse for anyone to be mistreated!
Desired outcome: Everyone at the Scotch Plains, NJ location, especially the manager needs to be retrained in exceptional Customer Service!!
Popeyes - incomplete orders
Popeyes has been my favorite fast food resturant for years, until October 16th, 2008, at 7:47 pm. I went to the drive thru to purchase an order of chicken wings. I informed the order taker #3110 (this info is on the non-reciept slip I was given) that I wanted three wings only. I was given two little wings and two biscuits that I cannot eat when I expected three of them . I was too far away at home to take this back, but the next day I called to speak with the manager (Sean Fletcher )and a non-English speaking person answer the phone and could not understand what I was saying and she simply hung up the phone. I called back and after ten rings she picked up again. I ask for the manger over and over and finally I got her to understand, then she told me the manager Sean was not there.
Almost five dollars was too much to pay for 2 wings!I was not given a proper receipt or what I ask for. To top this all off there was no manager or anyone that I could speak to at the time of calling to solve this issue. I am not against diversity but at least make sure the employees speak English. How do I get reimbursed for an uncompleted order without a proper receipt?
Thanks
