I wasted my time, don't waste yours. I bought a washing machine in store and was given a delivery date on a Wednesday with a window between 11 am and 3pm, I wasted a personal day off from work as no one showed. I tried calling their customer support number three times (201-662-0932) and got NO answer while I was on the phone listening to endless rings a voicemail was left on my phone indicating that I will have the delivery by 7pm... This is unacceptable as I had already left the house. I managed to FINALLY communicate with someone and told them of my frustration and to just deliver it the following day no later than 11 am as I didn't want to waste another personal day, sure enough I get a call at 8 am indicating that delivery wasn't possible and the only availability was Saturday, I told them to cancel the order I was going to Home Depot, and that I will be cutting up my Lowes card and mailing it with the next bill. I will never do service with them again.
Desired outcome: Try hiring more competent people, both the appliance manager and delivery company they use were far from it.
