Visited the Howell Commons store today to purchase two pairs of glasses. While I was reviewing which glassses I was interested in, Melvy asked me about my insurance to see if I was covered. I spent a 1/2 hour with her explaining and showing hr that I had a valid insurance card VSP along with my famly plan and everyone's name included. She was very rude and spoke over me several times. he excuse was that I had to call VSP to get it straightened out. Mind you I have given her all of my information and my wisfe's information her social security number plan ID and birth date. still this was not good enough. I had my wofe on the phone and while see sent me proof of insurance, she refused to help me. She wouldn't give me her Manager's name except gave me a card with the main number to the Howell office. I will never go there again for any type of service or glasses. I will be taking my business else where.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
This has not been resolved as a matter of fact I went to another Visionworks store located in Toms River ordered two pairs of glasses from there and that was 2 months ago I still haven't received them back. You call their store no one will pickup the phone ever. You have to drive to the store to get an answer. Order glasses on June 8th and it's now July 30th. This is the worse customer server I have ever experienced with any company. So when it says below the complaint has been investigated and resolved, it is a lie. I have not yet been contacted by anyone at Visionworks since then.
