NJ Transit

On Monday, May 6, 2019 I was waiting for the 178 from the GWB going to Englewood NJ. Bus suppose to be here at 4:55pm, but of course around that time a bus attendant come to while on the line to tell us the 178 coming from New Jersey broke down and we can take the 186. If we dont want to take the 186 then we have to wait for the 5:25pm bus. Well of course the time you told us the 186 is already full. Everyone had to wait for the 5:25pm bus. First of all we should have been told way earlier and there should have been another bus to take us. Everybody's time is very precious. I know mine is.
How about yours? These booths with these bus attendants in them are so lazy and can't and dont help you with anything. You ask them a question and all you get "duh". Amazing, I need their jobs. Something has got to be done with the busses and attendants. Very unhappy customer.
