After 1 no show, two other appointments, and a third about to be missed appointment because once again the parts were not ordered, I am without a TV since late May. The TV actually had some functionality until the last visit to "repair" it and not it doesn't work at all. Friday was to be again the day it was to be fixed, and again the parts were not ordered.
Pathetic!
