Sonic Drive-In - Food bought through the app and how the store handled it and food issues.

On Sunday April 4th 2021 around 10:30ish AM. I placed a order for my local Sonic on Hwy 70 East Marion NC 28752 through the Sonic app for two medium cherry limeades and two of the Ultimate meat and cheese burritos and pressed the ASAP time button. I arrived minutes after it was placed. I pulled into stall number 7 and checked in through the app. The workers walked by the windows looking at us but not coming and proceeded to finally after about 10 minutes send a waitress out to say "oh we just got here and we won't be cooking food for another 35 minutes you can either wait or call the number for the app we can't control anything done through the app. I then told the lady I had to go pick my son up from his father and that I would be back. I came back around 11:15ish and she brought out the order but the food was made so sloppily and was barely even warm. I guess it was due to attitudes of the workers and it messing with their morning up but the food they made us didn't really have any meat or cheese sauce in them only egg. The temperature was less than room temp and they seemed to have attitude about the fact that our order went through the app even though they said they weren't open. I am a low income mother who gets food from Sonic as a treat for my child I could not wait and get a refund from calling the number they gave and not getting the refund till God knows when and not have my child breakfast after ordering it when it was the last cash I had in my account so I had to come back for the order not only wasting my time but gas that shouldn't have had to be wasted in the first place if the app would have been properly updated with current hours. But there was no reason the food should have been the way it was. I think a refund or some type of compensation should be done for the issues I have had from this, it truly makes me never want to be a customer again or refer anyone to eat there unless it is made right.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund or some type of compensation for the issues I endured during this trp.
