On 12/28/21, I purchased an Amana washing machine. It immediately began to leak oil onto the floor. I called customer service to return it on their 30 day return policy. To date, I have called Lowe's customer help line four times and Amana once. The Amana repairman doesn't know when he will be able to get parts, and each time I called Lowe's I received a similar response: "a new one will be delivered on..." or " someone will call to set up a delivery time. I am confident the machine's little gear box will fail utterly soon due to it's being without oil, and I need a washing machine, which doesn't make a mess on my floor ASAP. I would prefer that Lowe's simply honor their 30 day return policy and bring a new washing machine. But, failing that, a full refund of $561.58 would be acceptable. In that second case, I want them to pick up their old machine as I don't want it cluttering up my yard.
