Today my family placed a curbside order from the Outback in Cary NC. Our order was supposed to be done around 5:24. I noticed how busy it was when I went to pick up the order. I received a text at 5:22 to say my order was almost ready. I would not have been upset waiting 5, 10 or even 15 minutes. However, 30 minutes is ridiculous. Our order was finally brought out at 5:54 and delivered to the car with no apology of it being late. Nothing was said but my name and where do you want it. Our food was cold when we ate it and my husband's side was missing. That let us know that it was forgotten or overlooked.

I forgot to mention that my husband’s Blooming sandwich was supposed to come with steamed vegetables . He received his sandwich no vegetables.
