Outback Steakhouse

We went to dinner at the Outback located in Morgantown WV on Saturday March 15, 2025. Our waitress took our order. Our appetizer arrived shortly then nothing. We sat for 20 minutes waiting and we were finally able to get our waitress's attention. We asked where our soup and main course was. She said sorry I'll check. A few minutes later she came back and said our ticket was lost and they will get our food ready. We waited another 15 minutes after our soup arrived to get out main course. They did take off our appetizer off our bill but to me that wasn't good enough. We were there 90 minutes total and thr food was nothing to brag about. I don't blame the waitress for thd delay but I thought the manager on duty woulx have at least checked in with us.
