I am writing to complain about the Parts Manager at George Carr Dealership in Vicksburg, MS.
Brandon Carr is rude and very unprofessional.
Mr. Carr called our office, Riverside Construction Company to let us know a special order was in. When I asked the last 4 of the VIN or for a purchase order, or who ordered the part, he got irate and stated that since we had a house account, he assumed we would pay for any special order. I informed him that we would pay for the special order, but I needed to know who to call to let them know the part was in.
I am very unhappy with his manner and his disrespect. Totally unprofessional.
