Popeyes - Service/ coupons

First of all my heart is completely broken because I went into my local popeyes, the same popeyes that I have been visiting for years. Its at 814a Highway 12 W, the store number is 4706 in Starkville, Ms. I had several of the coupons from the back of the receipt where you get a free two piece and a biscuit if you purchase a large drink. I have been using those coupons for years and have never had them turn me away when I have them. The manager who is a big, bright skinned African American lady, was on shift for today 7/15 and I went in around 1pm and she basically accused me of putting fake numbers on the receipt to get the free 2pc. I have always went to tellpopeyes.com to fill out the survey and get my codes. I visit this popeyes at least twice or week sometimes 6 times a month. I was so embarrassed because the lobby was packed and then she had the nerve to say that "she believe in her heart that I was making up the numbers" now what on earth does her heart and feelings have to do with my coupons? She was basically accusing me of stealing and it was so embarrassing in front of everyone. Then she continued to laugh and talk to other employees instead of helping me with my coupons. If you truly value me as a loyal customer I would love if someone would check into this matter, it should be all on their cameras, they all had attitudes and I usually always give them high remarks, but today they were very nasty and rude and not very helpful and to accuse me of putting in fake numbers to get a free 2pc when I spend so much money in this establishment was just down right embarrassing. I was truly mortified. I would love if you guys could take a look into whats going on and how to resolve this issue. My name is Diane Robertson and I also live here in Starkville, MS. Thank you and I would love some feedback and if I don't get any feedback trust that I will take this further to your corporate offices.

Desired outcome: I would love for someone to follow up with this manager and see exactly what she meant when she said she believes in her heart that I was putting down fake numbers???
