Please tell me why kroger pharmacies are so understaffed! I called in a prescription refill yesterday and much earlier today. Neither of the prescriptions have been filled. I called and the technician says they are behind. If I go in the store to pick up the meds I will have to wait in line for an extended length of time. It's because they are so understaffed! This has been going on for months! Please do something about this problem!
