Popeyes - Service, food, & attitude

First thing your complaint number does not work... If I was an older Senior, how would I contact the company if I didn't have a computer..

On May 11, 2023 at 12:36 P.M. I went to Popeyes at 2624 West Jackson Aven. in Oxford, MS 38655

I ordered 3 wing piece combo. When I first order, the employee was not polite and had a voice like she didn't want to be bother. I gave her my order and pulled to the window.

When I approached the window the young lady with blonde braids did NOT say, hello, good afternoon, or nothing. She told me the cost, I gave her my money, and in the process of getting my order, the young lady and two other employees was talking about their hours, not wanting to work, what they got paid...

I know that's not appropriate to discuss this topic in front of customers, but they continued with the window opened for me to hear the whole conversation.

When I received my food, I received no thank you, come back, or not even a polite smile... I got home which was about 10 minutes later and my food was COLD, HARD, and OLD..

I did get customer service the same day and explained the problem. I didn't want the Manager to call back because I knew it wouldn't do any good. I did file my complaint and I was told the District Area Manager would call, but as of today, July 21, 2023 NO Call has been made.

I assume Popeyes don't care about their Customers or Customer Service.

I will NEVER return to Popeyes, but just know, your business will not succeed in the matter as it is going.

I don't PAY for ATTITUDE!

Your company need to do better when hiring young people, because they care less about the customers or customer service..

I'm boiling because No response makes me feel, your Company don't care about the people that pay your SALARY...

The store number is 4273 and I did file a complaint. My last name is Pearson.

It should be easy to find if they kept the complaint...

Desired outcome: I would love an apology, but not from the Manager. The person from the store that wrong me should be the person to apologize.Since I had to wait almost 3 months for a response, your company should do what's right for the customer.
