Popeyes

First let me say I have enjoyed Popeye's chicken for over 3 decades. I live in Ocean Springs, Ms and at least 3 times a month I visit the Ocean Springs Popeyes. My usual order is 4 piece all white spicy to go. But something needs to be brought to your attention. At least 85% of the time the order is messed up, by either a 3 piece given usually, breast, thigh & wing or getting a 4 piece that is NOT all white and spicy.

On September 2nd, 2023 I when thru the drive thru and ordered my usual 4 piece all white spicy. When I got home it was only 3 pieces with a thigh instead of white meat and mild. I called and talked to the store manager Ladonna and explained the mistake and she told me next time I came in she would add a wing and breast to my next order.

Yesterday, September 25th, 2023 I walked and and introduced myself to Ladonna and reminded her of the error. She promptly said she would take care of it. I ordered my usual 4 piece all white spicy but when I got home there was NO added wing & breast as she said she would honor.

You all have a serious problem at the Ocean Springs store that has been going on for a few years. I felt it was time to inform you all about it. I would greatly appreciate it if this problem is fixed asap. Thank you, Rick Rotundo, 4901 Riley Rd Unit 10A Ocean Springs, MS 39564
