Pharmacy at Colony Crossing has a tremendous wait time. I waited an hour to drop a prescription off yesterday and when returning today I was the only one in line and it took 10 minutes for someone to ask to help me. Then my prescription had been run under the wrong insurance so I was told I would have to come back. I would like to pass on to management my concerns of wait times.
Desired outcome: Shorter wait time to pick up prescriptions
Kroger - Online order and the service that I did not receive
I ordered online 3 cans of the Lysol spray. Because you all said there was a limit of three per customer. and three of the three Pac Lysol wipes. I checked my emails and text messages all night and all day today to see if you all were going to tell me that you did not have any. I got no such email or text. The only email I got today was telling me not to forget to pick up my order. I work in Pearl MS. I drove all the way out to Madison to get the stuff and they tell me that they didn't have what I ordered. Now I just found out that they did have it but they let another customer come in and get the whole sleeve of Lysol spray 6 of them. I don't appreciate being treated this way I have been a loyal customer and previous employee of Kroger since 1998. If you all have a limit on merchandise it should apply to everyone and not just some. Now I don't have any Lysol to fight off germs but this man has six of them. I am so glad to know that all of your customers are not considered loyal to you all.
