I purchased gasoline at the Shell station in Biloxi, MS on 25 December 2018. In the amount of $21.03. The cashier held $40.00 for the purchase. My card was charged. However there has been no credit issued to my card to date. I reached out to my card service and was informed that the credit has not been issued by Shell. No answer on # given to call.
