Sam's Club

I cannot believe that a once helpful and wonderful department is now gone to crap. All because YOU decided to decrease staff and out source the help customers need in scheduling tire service. BAD MOVE especially since you guys are no longer the only Club in town anymore. Costco moved in the Springfield, MO area and since our most recent encounter with the English second language individual we had to deal with we are seriously considering changing clubs. WHY I ask take jobs away from US citizens? If anything companies like yours need to support THIS country first. But no it's all about the almighty dollar, like Walmart/Sams doesn't make a lot of money already! I do not want to support this Tire Phone Line for ALL the stores. It's not efficient, it's very impersonal, and lacks all the customer service you use to be known for. I am sure I am not the only person frustrated with this latest lousy so called improvement. How long and how many people need to get angry before you realize this was a bad idea?
