National Tire & Battery [NTB] - 4 tire replacement

On October 28, 2022, I purchased 4 tires from your shop. I left, drove over a mile (as recommended by Honda) and noticed my tire pressure warning light did not go out. I came back to your store asking that this be addressed. I was told it takes 15 miles for the warning to reset. It is now November 7, 2022, and I have driven more than 15 miles but the warning is still on.

I had all four tires replaced on my car on October 26, 2022. My low tire indicator did not go off the day I had the tires replaced. I reached out to the South County, MO location three separate time. Below is a copy of the email I sent to the store manager. I never received any type of response. My TPMS light still on. I am beyond frustrated.

I called your shop and a couple of days later reporting the ongoing issue and was told to 'drop by any time.' 'No appointment was needed.' I came into your shop last Friday afternoon, November 4, 2022, and was told no one had time to look into the issue. It was suggested I come back at 4:30. I returned at 4:40 and was told the shop closed in 10 minutes so no one would be able to correct the issue.

I have wasted nearly an hour of my time on an issue that should never have occurred. As a responsible adult, I don't have time to keep wasting on an issue that was, apparently, caused by negligence to begin with.

I am going to take my car to the dealership to get this issue rectified. I will expect a reimbursement from NTB for this cost. Who should I talk to to make sure this transaction is handled in a more efficient and professional manner?

Desired outcome: I have no faith in NTB. I want to be reimbursed for having this issue resolved by the dealer.
