Petland

I came in with my roommates today to look for a puppy, it was the second place we’d been to that day. We waited 45 minutes after putting my name on the waitlist with no one else ln it ahead of me. There was only two other people in the store with us. After 45 minutes I went to ask when we’d be able to see the puppy we wanted to see as we wanted a bigger puppy. No one pointed or looked at the puppy we wanted in the 45 minutes we were there. I went up to ask when we’d be able to see the puppy we asked to see. And a blonde girl employee said “you’re not here to buy but just to play with them, so I’m taking care of our real customers first”. I have never had a employee speak to me like that when I’ve asked to look at a puppy in a almost dead store, we then just left because of her attitude towards us and her continued dirty looks, whispering and pointing while speaking to her friends in the store. this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Petland. As I didn’t ask or say I’m here to just play with the puppies, I asked to look at one as I’m in the market to get a little guy with my roommates. She needs a major attitude check.
