My order is order #70326 . I am a frigile senior and underwent eye surgery. I expected the parcel to be delivered to my house d paid for that. Canada post left.me a notice to come to the postal office to pick it up. First of 3all I can’t lift heavy things after surgery. Why I should take Uber or taxi and pay for that iif I paid already hefty shipping fee of 17.30 dollars?i am a senior living on the single income. I contacted Petland to let them know that I won’t be able to go to post office and the parcel will be r turned to them. They should reinvburace the shipping fee las no delivery .
