I have never stayed at a hotel in my entire life where the employees were so rude and talked to us like the way they have here at red roof inn in Columbia MO and I've never heard that a hotel as a policy with NO VISITORS but my boyfriend and I have been staying here for about a week now and when we got checked in we were never told about this policy here with no visitors and right now we dont have a car so we rely on having someone else come and get us if we need to go somewhere and these people wont even let no one come on the property to get us so we have to walk a good little walk out to the road to get to our ride and my boyfriend is in congested heart failure and only has 20 percent of his heart that works and having to keep walking back and forth for us just to get a ride is not all that great for him his heart works faster and harder than a normal heart does and he could go into a heart attack from all this pressure and stuff from walking to the road like this but they told us they didnt really care and to be his son the other night they wouldn't even let him come pick us up or nothing wouldn't even let us put him down as a registered guest at all when he would want to come see his dad his 17 year old son the girl said if he [censored]ing came on this property we would be thrown out of the hotel all together and one morning we were still sleeping and we didn't hear the door being knocked on and a few minutes later the manager came opened the door and the person who came knocking was a Columbia police department officer and he didnt have her open the door Cuz he didn't have a warrant and wasnt a big deal and he told her that she just slightly broke the law by just barging in a guest room for no reason and she told the officer that she didn't care and that she can do whatever she wanted to I beg the differ on that she has laws and policies to follow like everyone else does to they been so nasty to us here and if we didn't have to stay here we wouldn't and is there really a thing with no visitor policy
