Great Clips - Haircut

I went to get a haircut at Great Clips in Inver Grove Heights, MN on Friday May 7, 2021. I had a stylist named April and she butchered my hair. It's choppy looking and one side is longer than the other side by 2 inches! I told her I did NOT want any length cut off and she cut off more than an inch. I told her I wanted my bangs cut up to my mouth and she cut them so short they're at my eyes. I am furious. I have beautiful hair and I trusted her to keep it that way. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I can't even get it fixed because I don't want anymore length taken off.

Desired outcome: My money back

Thank you very much! It's not so much anymore, she completely butchered it. You can't really tell in the photos, but it's all choppy...I cried. Smh
