Lowe's

On 6/8/21 and 6/10/21 we had two exterior doors installed at our residence. by Lowe's installation Services. The rear exterior door was installed correctly but the front exterior door was installed too high and is a trip hazard. Spinal surgery in July of 2021 has made getting into and out of our house problematic now. We have a one year installation warranty and filed a warranty claim on 1/24/22 and in the 9 weeks since filing we have been unable to get our repair done. We've made numerous complaints to the store and to their installation department and all we receive is vague generalities and promises. What's crazy is that we have done over 6 home projects with them previously and have plans to do more with them and their response for repeat/valued customers is disappointing. I finally filed a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General and the BBB today. All we want is to be able to safely enter and exit our home. Please can anyone help?
