I purchased a refurbished GE double oven in November. The top oven doesn't work, they will not send replacement parts. The natural gas parts were completely missing and they would not send those parts. They told us they would reimburse us. We paid for the items and now they will not reimburse us. They told us "they're busy" and will get to it. It's been two months now. We can't send the item back. The photo on their website did NOT match the item we received. Parts were missing and MANY more visual flaws than what were described. I am so disgusted with this purchase and the people at the Lansing, MI location as well as the online support. Horrible horrible company.
