I ordered tires and put a down payment on them. I asked if I needed to make an appointment, the salesperson said no and that they would call me when they came in. The next day they called around 10am. I went after work and got there around 2:20pm, stood in line for about 10 minutes. There were only a few customers inside, but it eventually filled to over 7 after I had spoken to someone about putting on my tires. I asked what the wait time was. The salesperson said he didn't know. So, I told him I had to be at Valley by 4:30 and did he think that was possible. He said yes. At 4:00pm my car had never been moved and I knew they couldn't do it in time for me to be on the other side of town by 4:30. I had to ask for my keys back to get to the other side of town. I am so angry that I even put a down payment on tires. I work during the day and I don't have a way to drop off and pick up my car, so I must stay with it. 2 and 3 hours of wait time is a lot. Now I must go back and wait another 2-4 hours. To make an appointment is a 5-7 days. Just looked at one for Oct. 29. I'm betting it will still take just as long wait time. This is as bad as going to the Social Security Office---you got to pack some snacks and take a but cushion and be prepared to get nothing else done during those hours waiting. Very unhappy about this. I do believe these guys work hard to meet the demands of it's customers but they should tell the truth. They had to know that it would take longer than a couple of hours. Had I known about the wait time I would have planned differently.
