Office on 28th street grand rapids, I have spoken with someone in this department around July 4th time frame, the issue is the way in which the office manager and staff ridiculed a patient who just her denture and how happy she was. I over looked that but others in the waiting area seen it. My issue is with office manager not wanting to take my call and I had deal with person at the front desk that could not communicate effective with the office manager, I was not getting a simple question answer which in insurance company pays for implant's without a waiting period after an hour I gave up. I received my temporary tooth-flipper I was told it takes a couple of days to get use to it. after a period I called talked to front desk person explained in detail what was going on, When I drink water it comes out, "you just have to deal with it" a weekago while drinking water it flipped out of position I bit down broke it in half. I went to another Aspen dental location in Grand Rapids, They repaired it for free, when asked about a new one it will cost $500 dollars again. I left the office without trying in - putting it in place. as I was leaving I was told "no guaranties that it will last or even work. I get home it doesn't fit at all. what can I do. I have used Aspen for years.

Desired outcome: I need a new temp-flipper that fits without falling out, or having to hold it in my mouth with my tongue and talk like i have lisp.. long term I want Aspen to complete the process of the implant
