Ordered Sofa Sleeper on 9/19/20. It was promised to be delivered end of October 2020. It was not. Then it was promised to be delivered in November. It was not. Now they say maybe March 2021. They want to charge a 25% restocking fee to cancel the order and will not give me my money back. I have been in contact with customer service several times, I get disconnected several times, they are unable to answer questions for an alternative solution, supervisor is unavailable.
Desired outcome: alternative sofa sleeper comparable to what I ordered
