Kroger

Kroger owes me money for the following:
12/16/20: Ordered groceries to be delivered that totaled $122.72. They were never delivered to me. Compliant no [protected]. Received money back on 1/4/21 for $122.72 and another $122.72. They took 122.72 back on 1/5/21 which is fine, but then they just took another $122.72 back on 1/11/21. So they still owe me $122.72

Second issue. On 12/17/20 I ordered on line to pick up $115 worth of groceries cancelled the order the day before scheduled pick up. 'They still charged me and have not refunded me yet Complaint no 1544757.

So Kroger has stolen money from. Please help me get it back
