Starbucks

I ordered A Caramel Ribbon Crunch (extra caramel/crunch made with soy and whip cream) on Friday, June 25th of 2021. My order wasn't correct. My sandwich was terrible. It was cold, messy and smashed. Also, the Frappuccino I ordered wasn't what I originally ordered. I called the Starbucks located at 243 W Congress, Detroit, MI 48226. The manager was rude (Carleto). He told me they were very busy and my order must've got mixed up with someone else's order. And to call the door dash guy for a refund. That's not really good customer service at all. I've been calling back since Friday. The phone just rang and rang. Today, I finally got in contact with him. I'm still not happy with how he handled the situation.
